Daali aata is stone ground at slow speed to preserve the naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and enzymes which are otherwise destroyed in industrial milling. Our aatas are milled with all parts of the grain intact (endosperm, bran and wheatgerm). Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer once opened to keep it fresh for longer and to avoid pest infestation.
