Daali Earthfoods began in 2005 with a mother’s simple quest for wholesome, unadulterated flour (aata) for her children. When Marium Abrar, our founder and CEO, discovered the troubling truth behind conventional milling practices—steel mills destroying the nutritional value of grains and even adding harmful substances like rat poison—she knew something had to change. Driven by her commitment to provide real, wholesome food, Marium invested in a small stone mill, partnering with trusted farmers to source pure wholegrains and began stone milling in small batches.
Today, nearly two decades later, Daali Earthfoods has grown into a thriving business with a factory in Lahore, supplying over 300 stores across Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. But our mission remains the same: to return to simpler, unprocessed, and unadulterated nutritious foods.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our offerings to include uncontaminated spices, cold-pressed oils, raw honey free of heat treatments and filtering, as well as preservative-free ready-to-eat products like muesli, granola, and barley porridge. In 2024, Marium’s daughter, Amna Abrar, joined Daali Earthfoods as Managing Partner, bringing fresh energy and a shared vision to grow the business even further.
